Julian Treasure: How to speak so that people want to listen

In this talk Julian Treasure speaks about nothing but "how to speak". I feed it will guide me in future to deliver any speech in front of an audience, and as a result, I am storing it here on my blog. He talks about 7 sins that should be avoided during any speech and 4 virtues that should be followed which he sums up into HAIL- H for honesty, A for authenticity, I for integrity and L for Love. Again he also teaches six exercises that help deliver a great talk.
